All lawncare packages can be combined with all other services and billed under one sum (all inclusive package), which then can be divided into equal monthly payments (up to 8 months)
Spring cleanup - De-Thatch lawn, remove all debris, clean out mulch beds
Mowing - Includes mowing of property, bagging and removing of clippings from property, blowing off drivway and walks. Note: If a slope or Incline or tight quarters or any other reason does not warrant the use of a ztr rider due to saftey or tearing up the property we mow with a walk behind, many property's we mow 50% with a walk behind and 50% rider, some per request are 100% walk behind.
Edging - Includes edging of driveway,walkways and garden beds.
Mulch Application (100% organic, nicest mulch around) - Includes weeding and edging of beds,includes pre-determined amount for (2) mulch applications. 1 heavy mulch spring followed by a mid to late summer topdressing to crispen landscape. (new beds application of weed block, existing beds application of pre-emergent weed herbacide mixed in)
Premium Fertilizer Treatment - 6 step program, (licensed 3rd party provider, superior results you can see) I use one company for all my fertilizing (lawn) and we communicate to use the best product for the particular needs of the lawn.
Spruce Up - i.e. mow day is tues. and your having a party or event sat. we will come by fri. or sat.and give property a quick cleanup.
FREE Storm Cleanup - Storm blows thru and knocks down a tree and blows branches down,we will clean it up and remove it free of charge year round. Remember the early ice storm? (we do not remove tree's off of houses, only ground level debris)
